It's been suggested a million times, and every time it gets shot down. If we were to switch over to torrents, then people would have to keep the files on their hard drive, keep their computer running to seed the files, and if we didn't do that, then the torrent would DIE. Not to mention, if you want to use torrents to download games, there are torrent sites out there, that you can join for free and download all the games you want. If you're having a problem with the slow download, either tough it up, or subscribe and have nearly unlimited speed, ability to pause, stop, and continue your downloads. Geez, when will people stop complaining about free stuff? But my vote is against torrents here as I think it's pointless, I'm here for DDL and am happy to pay my subscription for fast speeds and unlimited downloads. The speed of a torrent depends on how many seeders there are, which can ultimately slow down a download, or even cause a torrent to become obsolete because of no seeders. direct download for the win!!
