Will my Premium/Lite account work on the other isozone websites, if so how do I use it?
Yes! When you subscribe with us, no matter what site you are using your account will be valid on ALL of our other websites, just log in as normal on each one - there is no need for you to do anything!

What is the difference between a Subscriber account and a Community account?
A Subscriber account is for subscriptions, allowing you to download using the premium links at higher speeds without any restrictions.

A Community account is free and it allows you to upload content, comment, post in our forums and use various other community features.

It is reccomended that all users create a Free Community account in order to get the most out of the website!

I am a Subscriber and my downloads are not as fast as they should be - How do I make them faster?
This can be a problem with users who are located in the Wast of the USA as there is a great distance from the file server.

I have just subscribed but everytime I try to download I keep receiving and error asking me to upgrade.
This is a common problem when paypal is busy - at peak times it can take up to 10 minutes for paypal to update our database and activate your account.

If you paid using eCheck, it can take up to 5 working days to authorise your payment - Contact us and we will manually activate your account.

We highly reccomend using a credit card or Paypal balance for instant account activation.
